A cherished annual practise for many in the arts & science circles has the ‘17th of January’ attached to it since many years. The founder, a French avant-garde artist by the name of Robert Filliou, contributed 1. a myth about art´s origin, 2. a recipy to fold paper hats, 3. a way for art communities to discretely play statements for each other by, for one night, enunciating any creation as a ‘thank-you’ presentation to the discrete & deep history of creativity itself.
